For over 20 years, she has been supporting people and organizations in making conscious career decisions. She specializes in recruitment, HR consultancy, and career coaching, with a mission to accompany experienced specialists and managers in finding new professional energy, uncovering potential, and building a development path.


She has extensive experience in conducting recruitment projects for specialist and managerial positions – both within classic recruitment and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models. She has implemented comprehensive outplacement programs for organizations undergoing structural changes and supported individual persons in career transition processes, combining an empathetic approach with a deep understanding of the job market.


She has years of managerial experience in international human resources consulting firms, as well as numerous certifications (Facet5, Lee Hecht Harrison, House of Skills), which she uses in her work with individual and business clients. She acts with empathy, but also with determination – combining market knowledge with a personal approach to each individual.

 

In her work, she promotes the idea of age diversity, believing that experience and potential have no age limit.

With over 25 years of experience in managing company finances, managing organizations in the modern services sector, and business consulting. She was a consulting director and leader in advisory services for the modern services sector at KPMG. She served as CEO at McCormick, where she built a Shared Services Center for the EMEA Region. Previously, she was a CFO responsible for creating and transferring accounting processes at PwC in the CEE Region. Long-time CFO and board member at Avon Cosmetics, Avon Operations, Avon EMEA FSC, TNT Express, and Abbot Laboratories (Poland and England).

 

Speaker at numerous national and international financial conferences and seminars. Author of several publications on financial management and transformations in specialized Polish and foreign periodicals (including Business Services Magazine, C-SuiteNEWs, Gazeta Finansowa, Parkiet, ITWIZ, Finanse i Controlling, Biuletyn CFO, Punkt Zwrotny KPMG, FOCUSonBUSINESS, PolandNOW, Controlling and Management).

 

She holds an EMBA diploma from the Warsaw School of Business at the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a graduate of Organization and Management at the University of Łódź and holds a master's degree in Finance Management from WSZiM in Warsaw.

Experienced manager and expert in recruitment, career counseling, and collaboration with HR and managerial departments.
Since 2015, he has been effectively supporting companies in acquiring talents, and candidates in conscious professional development and finding their way in the job market. His mission is to combine business competencies with a passion for supporting people - both employers and candidates seeking new professional challenges.

 

He has collaborated with organizations from various industries such as IT, finance, production, logistics, sales, customer service, managing projects for permanent recruitment, IT outsourcing, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), or outplacement. He has conducted numerous trainings and workshops on communication, recruitment, career planning, and the job market. For several years, he has been managing recruitment consultant teams, supporting their development through mentoring and ensuring their substantive and operational growth.

 

He focuses on building a culture of collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing.

Experienced manager, leader, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in business consulting, controlling, finance, and managing both commercial and non-profit organizations. His mission is to support companies and leaders in building effective, modern organizations based on transparent processes, strategic management, and the optimal use of human capital.

 

He is the co-founder and co-managing partner of Gekko advisoryNOW, where he creates and manages efficient, multigenerational project teams, delivering value to clients across various industries. He also co-founded controllingNOW, a modern controlling hub, focusing on delivering innovative solutions in the fields of controlling and finance.

 

He also served as President of the Board at the Replika Foundation, where he was actively involved in organizational development, team building, and supporting social initiatives related to DEI and advocating for LGBTQ+ equality.

 

His experience in operational efficiency, optimization, and strategic thinking allows him to provide sourcingNOW clients with optimal solutions tailored to their needs, market challenges, and the evolving demographic landscape of the labor market.
