Terms and Conditions of Electronic Services Provision by SourcingNOW

 

§ 1. General Provisions

 

  • This Regulation defines the rules for using the sourcingnow.pl website, including the rules for using electronic services provided through the contact form and the "Submit a Project" form, as well as the rules for subscribing to the Newsletter.

  • The Regulation has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of:

    • the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,

    • the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,

    • the Civil Code of 23 April 1964,

    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

  • Each User is obliged to comply with the provisions of this Regulation from the moment of starting to use the services provided electronically.

 

§ 2. Definitions

 

  • CONTACT FORM - a form available in the "Contact" tab enabling the sending of messages to SourcingNOW;

  • FORM "SUBMIT A PROJECT" - a contact form available on the website enabling the submission of an inquiry regarding a recruitment service;

  • NEWSLETTER - a service enabling the receipt of email updates from SourcingNOW;

  • SERVICE PROVIDER - SourcingNOW Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, KRS: 0001152815, NIP: 5253033009, REGON: 540777800;

  • SERVICE RECIPIENT - any natural or legal person using Electronic Services;

  • ELECTRONIC SERVICE - a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient through the sourcingnow.pl website.

 

§ 3. Type and scope of electronic services

 

  • The Service Provider enables the use of the following Electronic Services:

    • use of the Contact Form;

    • use of the "Submit a Project" Form;

    • subscription to the Newsletter.

  • Electronic Services are provided free of charge.

 

 

§ 4. Terms of electronic services provision

 

  • Use of Forms or Newsletter is possible after accepting this Regulation.

  • The agreement for the provision of Electronic Services is concluded:

    • in the case of Forms - for a specified period and ends when the message is sent;

    • in the case of Newsletter - for an unspecified period.

  • Technical requirements:

    • internet access,

    • web browser with JavaScript and Cookies enabled,

    • active email account.

  • The User is obliged to:

    • provide true data,

    • not send content of an unlawful nature,

    • comply with social norms and good manners.

 

§ 5. Termination of the agreement

 

  • The User can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email or by sending an email to: contact@sourcingnow.pl 

  • The Service Provider may terminate the agreement immediately in case of violation of the Regulation, especially when the User provides content that is unlawful.

 

§ 6. Complaints

 

  • Complaints should be submitted to the email address: contact@sourcingnow.pl 

  • The complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details.

  • The Service Provider considers the complaint within 14 days and sends a response to the email address provided by the Service Recipient.

 

§ 7. Intellectual property

 

  • All content posted on the sourcingnow.pl website is protected by copyright and is the property of SourcingNOW.

  • Copying, distributing, or using content without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

 

§ 8. Final provisions

 

  • The Regulation may be amended. Information about the changes will be published on the website with a 14-day notice period.

  • In matters not regulated, Polish law applies.

  • In case of non-acceptance of the changes, the User may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
